- weber.prim 2 is suitable for:

LIMITS OF USE
- Not suitable to use with exterior areas, wet surfaces, and constantly damp surfaces.
- Not suitable to use on gypsum boards.
- weber.prim 2 can not ensure water protection property; hence not suitable to use with very damp areas.

- Composition : synthetic resin and specific additives

PERFORMANCE
- Temperature resistance: -10°C to +50°C
- Initial bonding strength: > 0.5 N/mm2 (MPa)
- pH: 8
- Note: These test results are from laboratory test. They could be slightly different from on-site results because of the differences in applications and conditions.
PERFORMANCE
- Setting time: 1 to 4 hours depending on the ambient temperature and the substrate absorption
- Time before tiling: at least 1 hour after applying
- Texture after setting: sticky-yellowish-translucent film for a good bonding of the adhesive
RECOMMENDATION FOR USE
- Make sure the surfaces are dry before applying weber.prim 2.
- Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
- Clean the tools immediately after use with water.
- There should not be any contaminations mixed with weber.prim 2; ensure that the product is clean before use.
- Do not dilute the product with either water or any chemical agents.
- See the directions for use before using the product.
- If contacts with skin, clean off immediately with clean water.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION


- The substrate should be hard, dry, and clean.
- Peel off any residues, paints, old adhesives, any grease or oil stains.
- For glazed tiles, it is recommended to use sandpaper to slightly polish the surfaces.
- Use sandpaper to remove any vanishes from wooden or parquet floors.
- Clean off the surfaces with water and allow drying.
APPLICATION



- Stir the product well.
- Use an appropriate tool to apply the product onto the surfaces until getting a smooth thickness.
- Leave the area for 1 hour, and then use weber tile adhesive for tiling within 1 to 6 hours.
SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
- One year after manufacturing date if unopened and stored in dry and ventilated place (store airtight after opened)
