SALE REPRESENTATIVES of Central West, Lower North East & South(3 position)

Reporting to Sales Supervisor, the main tasks of the Sales Representative are: -

  • Achieve the sales target;
  • Develop customer base and retain key customers by keeping good relationships with them;
  • Prepare and compile sales reports (sales planning, daily and monthly reports);
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department for promotion activities and marketing tools for the areas in charge.  
  • Qualifications:
    • Male or Female, Thai nationality, age 25 – 32 years old
    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or related field
    • Minimum 2-year experience in sales related to construction business  
    • Be able to work during week-ends and travel to up country 
    •   Selling and negotiation skills, result / Customer focus, listening and communication, networking 
    • Good computer literacy in MS-Office. (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
    • Some English in speaking, reading and writing preferred  

Technical Engineer at HEAD OFFICE & UPCOUNTRY (2 position)

Reporting to Technical Consulting Manager, the main tasks of the Technical Engineer are:

  • Give professional technical advice about the application of our products to end-users, home owners, contractors, dealers, etc.;
  • Provide satisfaction to our customers in terms of technical assistance; 
  • In charge of technical problem solving;
  • Teach, train and demonstrate end-users at jobsites, at dealers’ shops during shows, fairs, etc.;
  • Teach and train our staff;
  • Follow-up the results of the actions;  
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor in Civil Engineering or construction field, 25 – 32 years old
    • Construction environment knowledge with regular contact at jobsites
    • No allergy to dust, cement
    • Able to travel up-country and work on Saturdays / Sundays
    • Team spirit, proactive, good communication and service mind  

PC Supervisor at UPCOUNTRY (1 position)

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main tasks are:

  • Manage all the operations related to the PCs and supervise all the PCs nationwide (except Bangkok) in line with the company objective: 
    • supervise, coach the PCs in their daily job to reach the sales budget as planed;
    • train the PCs to be efficient and competent in their job;  monitor all the promotional activities; help them solve problems related to their job;
    • coordinate and help HR department in PC recruitment; 
    • prepare monthly reports related to PCs: sales, commissions, turnover, etc.
    • keep abreast of the movements of the competitors and the construction market; manage the order process so that the orders reach the customers on time and without problems;
    • follow-up and evaluate the performance of the PCs.  
    • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor in Administration or related field Thai nationality Male/female, age 28 - 35 years old Experience in modern trade channel
      • Very strong negotiation, strategic thinking Skills: supervising, result focus, self-motivated, and problem solving skills
      • Be honest
      • English would be an avantage
