Anti-bacteria, anti-fungus tile grout ideal for bathrooms and kitchens.

Product Features

Key Benefits

  • Power clear with biocide to protect the grouts from fungus or any dirt. Ideal for using in humid areas like bathrooms
  • Power Catch with Modified Polymer to protect the grouts from cracks and scratches, excellent bonding and resist to general chemical agents. Ideal to use in areas where dirt and stain are likely occured e.g. kitchens
  • Power Clean with Hydrophobic to perform good water repellent property. Ideal to use where regular cleaning process is expected especially in the bathrooms
  • it's recommended for joint width 1 to 6 mm without crack
  • Available in 40 colors

  • Density of dry mortar: 0.9 - 1.1
  • Compressive strength: 28 N/mm2 (MPa)
  • Flexural strength: 6 N/mm2 (MPa)
  • Resistance to shrinkage : ≤2 mm/m
  • Resistance to water absorption: ≤ 5 g.

  • Note: These test results are from laboratory test.  They might be slightly different from on-site results because of the differences in applications and conditions.

Limit of use

  • Not suitable when the joint width bigger than 6 mm. (instead weber.color plus should be used).
  • Not suitable to use when the substrate movement is expected; exterior wall, parking area, wooden surface for instance (instead weber.color outside should be used).
  • Not suitable to use in swimming pool (instead weber.color HR or weber.color poxy should be used).
  • Not suitable if grout is required to be chemical-resistant and acid-resistant; industry, hospital, food-storage area, for instance (instead weber.color poxy should be used).

Substrate preparation

  • The joints should be clean and dry before grouting.
  • Clean and remove any particles or contaminations remaining in the joints in order to ensure a good grout adhesion and the color uniformity.

  • Put clean water in a bucket (the water should be at room temperature, not warm or hot).
  • Gradually add weber.color power in the water and mix at the same time until homogeneous lump-free paste is obtained.  The mixing proportion is;
    • 1:3           by weight (water : grout)
    • 1:2.5        by volume (water : grout)
    • After proper mix, leave the product for 3 - 4 minutes before using in order to have the complete chemical reaction.
  • The mixture of weber.color power should be used within 30 minutes and kept away from heat & sunlight.

  • For wall: Use weber rubber trowel or an appropriate tool to fill tile joints diagonally.
  • For floor: Apply the mixed grout onto the area of 1 m2, and then use the rubber trowel to diagonally fill the joints.
  • Wipe off the excess grouts with damp sponge before the grout sets.
  • Clean tile surfaces with clean cloth after 2 hours.
  • Wait for 24 hours before traffic to ensure the good bonding of grout.

Application property

  • Pot life: 30 minutes
  • Setting time: 12 hours
  • Time before traffic: 24 hours
  • Recommended joint width: 1 to 6 mm.
  • Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C

Recommendation for Use

  • Avoid using the grout on red-hot substrates or the substrates exposing to direct sunlight.
  • To protect water leakage into underneath tiles and to avoid tile movement when there is foot traffic, the joint width should be at least 1.5 mm for wall and at least 3 mm for floor.

  • 1 kg bag (One bag could use with the area of 5 mm2 approximately.)

Shelf Life & Storage

  • One year after manufacturing date when stored unopened in dry and ventilated place (store airtight in dry and ventilated conditions, if remained in opened bag)
