  • For granito tiles, marbles, and granites.
  • Low VOCs.

Extra narrow tile grout for joint width between 0.2-3 mm with anti-fungus property

Product Features

Key Benefits

  • Suitable for large-format tiles, marbles, and granites that are tiled edge-to-edge. Giving nicely grouted joints.
  • Easy to mix, no gravitate falling esp. when grouting on wall.
  • Pot life is 30 minutes, giving more time to work. No need to partially mix.
  • Biocide provides anti-fungus and anti-algae properties
  • Low porosity and protect the grouted joints from dirt stain with hydrophobic agent.
  • Modified polymer provides durability and fast filling of grout into joints.
  • Suitable for both wall and floor, internal and external areas.

  • Type : Cementitious grout
  • Density : 0.85-0.95 g/cm3
  • Chemical curing time : 3-4 minutes
  • Pot life : 30 minutes
  • Time before grouting after tiling : 24 hours
  • Working temperature : + 5oC - +35o
  • Recommended joint width : 0.2-3 mm.
  • Time before traffic : 24 hours

Limit of use

  • Not suitable when the joint width bigger than 3 mm. (instead weber.color classic or weber.color power or weber.color plus or other should be used for each suitable application).
  • Not suitable to use when the substrate movement is expected; exterior wall, parking area, wooden surface for instance (instead weber.color outside should be used).
  • Not suitable to use in swimming pool (instead weber.color HR or weber.color poxy should be used).
  • Not suitable if grout is required to be chemical-resistant and acid-resistant; industry, hospital, food-storage area, for instance (instead weber.color poxy should be used).

Substrate preparation

  • The joints should be clean and dry before grouting.
  • Clean and remove any particles or contaminations remaining in the joints in order to ensure a good grout adhesion and the color uniformity.

  • Put clean water in a bucket (the water should be at room temperature, not warm or hot).
  • Gradually add weber.color slim in the water and mix at the same time until homogeneous lump-free paste is obtained.  The mixing proportion is;
    • 1:3           by weight (water : grout)
    • 1:2.5        by volume (water : grout)
    • After proper mix, leave the product for 3 - 4 minutes before using in order to have the complete chemical reaction.
  • The mixture of weber.color slim should be used within 30 minutes and kept away from heat & sunlight.

  • For wall: Use weber rubber trowel or an appropriate tool to fill tile joints diagonally.
  • For floor: Apply the mixed grout onto the area of 1 m2, and then use the rubber trowel to diagonally fill the joints.
  • Wipe off the excess grouts with damp sponge before the grout sets.
  • Clean tile surfaces with clean cloth after 2 hours.
  • Wait for 24 hours before traffic to ensure the good bonding of grout.

Certified standard (pass iso 13007 and en 13888)

Recommendation for Use

  • In case of clay tiles or porous tiles, weber.klin tect should be used before grouting to protect the tile surfaces from grout-color stains.
