Sales Representative (Bangkok and Upcountry)

The role of the Specification Sales Representative is to develop sales, achieve sales forecast as budgeted and to implement the actions of commercial strategy for dealers in the area in charge.

Report to Area Manager, the main tasks are:-

  • To achieve sales budget as planned;
  • To visit dealers regularly in the area in charge and open new accounts according to the budget.
  • To negotiate SGW products, volume, price, logistics conditions, terms and conditions of payment, technical support.
  • To report to the company about: market situation, competitors' activities, customers' activities with financial situation of customers
  • To cooperate between customers and customer services to organize delivery effectively and on schedule;
  • To cooperate with technical service to provide customers the product, application training where necessary
  • To implement the commercial action plan effectively and give feedback to the company;
  • To cooperate with SSC and Credit Controller to secure payments of customers conforming with prior agreement;
  • To help organize and participate company's activities such as Thank you party, exhibitions, demonstrations, dealers staff trainings, customer meetings or any other events assigned by the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in marketing, architectural field, civil engineering or related
  • 3 years of experience in sales and in construction environment
  • Have experience in distribution channel in construction market.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to organize and conduct product presentation professionally
  • Be able to travel up-country

Specification Sales Representative

The role of the Specification Sales Representative is to attain of projects specification and management of excellent relationships with all specifiers to ensure the assigned product lines are specified.  The responsibilities of this position will also include driving the specification brand awareness with Architects, Designers, Engineers and Design Build Contractors in Thai markets.  Work well with all specifiers to promote/specify/sell Weber’s solution for budget achieving and market share increasing.

Report to Project Sales Director, the main tasks are:-

  • To be an active part in achieving sales budget as planned
  • To work closely with Sales rep. and Technicians for market share penetration;
  • To call on existing or potential customers (architects, designers, contractors, interiors, engineers, etc.) and promote / specify Weber products to meet their needs with professionalism and full technical knowledge of Weber products
  • To plan, organize and lead meetings, seminars about product information for our customers and customers’ training to their need;
  • To be the representative of the company & promote Weber products at construction exhibitions, trade shows or seminars;
  • To report to the company in the daily report or other report format about: market situation, competitors’ activities, customers’ activities of customers and daily visit report
  • To maintain and strengthen a list of current customer information updated;Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in marketing, architectural field, civil engineering or related
  • 3 years of experience  in sales and in construction environment
  • Have experience in driving specifications of products to architects, interiors, contractors, etc.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Able to organize and conduct product presentation to large group professionally
  • Be able to travel up-country

Projects Sales Representative (Bangkok and Upcountry)

The role of the Project Sales Representative is to develop SGW's products (market share) in the market and to achieve the sales budget as planned.

Report to Area Manager, the main tasks are:-

  •  To achieve sales budget as planned promoting SGW solutions to the specifiers (architects, etc.) and negotiate with job owners (home owners, project owners, purchasing office, contractors, etc.)
  • To develop services to projects such as technical services, customer trainings, deliveries, etc.
  • To implement the commercial action plan effectively and give feedback to the company
  • To negotiate SGW products, volume, price, logistics conditions, terms and conditions of payment, technical support
  • To prospect and open new accounts according to the budget. 

Qualifications:-

  • 3-year experience in Project Sales
  • Knowledge of the construction environment
  • Understanding in the company business and products
  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Presentation skill
  • Sales planning

Display and Graphic Designer

The role of the Display and Graphic Designer : To develop all graphic and design works for packaging, fundamental base design work for marketing material to support new product launch for Thai and export market including design work used for corporate purposes.

The main tasks are:-

  • To be responsible for packaging design and artwork and be initiative/innovative on design and chosen colour to optimize colour usage on packaging in order to save packing cost;
  • To be responsible for graphic design of price list and product catalogue;
  • To support new product launch by being responsible for POSM and marketing collateral so that other graphic designers can use those design idea for further generating POSM to fit with different channels and customers' need; market visit is also needed to catch up with competitor packaging design, marketing collateral and other tools such as mock up design.
  • To support internal request on graphic design;
  • To be able to create initial design sketches and three-dimensional visuals generated by the computer;
  • To be able to interpret the requirements and brief to produce graphic work and provide own ideas in relation to the corporate concept;
  • To get trained / have knowledge of advance digital platform management

Qualifications:-

  • At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and digital platform environment or Advertising in construction environment
  • Strong computer skill
  • Dexterous to various software for graphic works
  • Digital platform back end management
  • Creativity
  • Strong visual sense
  • Awareness of the competitive business environment in which they work
  • Be practical and have an aesthetic sense
  • Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues
